Marcus has over 30 years of experience, initially in the opencast coal mining sector but more recently in brownfield remediation and the construction and reclamation industries. His experience covers all areas of project development from initial site appraisal, through site identification and selection, remediation and construction design selection, management of site works, contact management and finally through to completion and site hand-over. Marcus is used to working on controversial and politically sensitive developments having promoted many such projects over many years.

He has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to forge close relationships with clients and regulators very quickly. He is very results orientated but uses tact and diplomacy to great effect in what can often be very difficult negotiation situations.
